A Perfect Getaway with Fine Views
The large onsen was relaxing, and we enjoyed a amazing sunrise over Mount Fuji from our room. Don't miss the buffet breakfast. It was a good start to our day. For a local hotspot, check out nearby Arakurayama Park-just clarify your bus route first!

Breakfast a bit overpriced.

Perfect for Family Fun
The view from our room was very nice! Every morning, we woke up to the sight of Mt. Fuji, it reminded me of something outta a dream. Plus, we had access to the onsen which was huge and my kid loved splashing around in the warm water.
Not exactly cheap, but acceptable for the experience we had.

Staying at this hotel is a fantastic choice, especially for families. We took our kid to the nearby Fujisan Farm, where the kids can enjoy fun activities and amazing views of Mt. Fuji. The dinner buffet had a great variety, perfect after a day of fun.
My wife says that the kids wished for a better play area for them in the hotel. A kid-friendly space would.

missingWrote a review on 05 Julwearing decorpricey dining
The hotel shows some wear and tear, especially in the carpets and decor. Dining at the in-house restaurants can be pricey. For instance, the self-service dinner at Fujiyama was about 7000 JPN Yen each yet didn't reach the expectations set by the price. The shuttle service lacks clarity. Although the view of Mt. Fuji is fine, getting the right room to enjoy it isn't guaranteed.

The Highland Resort Hotel & Spa offered a amazing experience, with spacious rooms with amazing views of Mt. Fuji. The amenities included excellent massage chairs and a generous buffet breakfast with a wide variety of both Japanese and Western options. The hotel's proximity to Fujikyu Highland Park facilitated easy access during downtime.
Soundproofing could be improved for quieter corridors.

The mountain view is amazing
Woke up each morning to an extraordinary view of Mt. Fuji. The staff was cute. The onsen was a good bonus!
The dinner buffet was a bit underwhelming. Some dishes didn't meet expectations, and I found the breakfast service slightly rushed. Minor issues but worth mentioning.
